How To Personalize

Choose your Style, Size and Color.
Upload your photo in Photo 1 (top centre). Our studio removes the background, and the other five spots show it too until you add more. Use Edit Photo to drag, zoom or rotate it, then Apply. Tip: clear, well-lit close-ups of your pet's head and chest work best.
Want more photos? Add them in Photo 2 (top left, optional), Photo 3 (top right, optional), Photo 4 (right, optional), Photo 5 (bottom left, optional) and Photo 6 (bottom centre, optional).
Type the names in Pet Names (up to 16 characters, e.g. NICK & MILO).
Check the live preview, then add to cart.

Shipping & Returns

Production: about 3–5 days (+1 day when personalized), then a 1–3 business day quality check.

Shipping: $4.99, free on orders of $99 or more. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, with a tracking number by email. We ship to over 100 countries.

Returns: 30 days for items in their original condition. Personalized and custom items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong: email us and we'll make it right.
