  3. Upload your photo in Pet Photo. Our studio prepares it (redrawn as an embroidered portrait by our AI artist in about 30 seconds). Use Edit Photo to drag, zoom or rotate it, then Apply. With 2 pets, use Pet 1 Photo and Pet 2 Photo. Tip: choose a clear, close photo where your pet's face is easy to see.
  4. Type the name in Pet Name (up to 16 characters), then pick Name Thread Color and Name Border Color.
  5. Pick Gingham Color and Locket Thread Color for the heart.
  6. For a sleeve, choose a side in Sleeve Design, then pick Sleeve Icon, type Sleeve Text (optional, up to 10 characters) and pick Sleeve Font and Sleeve Thread Color.
