How To Personalize

Choose your Size, Lid and Color.
Upload your photo in Your Pet's Photo. Our studio prepares it (background removed, printed in full color). Use Edit Photo to drag, zoom or rotate it, then Apply. Tip: choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is easy to see.
Type the name in Pet's Name (up to 12 characters); it is written in script at the top left with a little paw print.
Pick the Body finish: Body Silver, Body Colorful or Body Golden (it shows in the steel rim band under the lid).
Check the live preview, then add to cart.

Production: about 3–5 days (+1 day when personalized), then a 1–3 business day quality check.

Shipping: $4.99, free on orders of $99 or more. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, with a tracking number by email. We ship to over 100 countries.

Returns: 30 days for items in their original condition. Personalized and custom items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong: email us and we'll make it right.
