Your Pet (+$5): upload your photo in Your Pet's Photo. Our studio prepares it (redrawn as a cartoon embroidered patch, driving the little red car, by our AI artist in about 30 seconds). Use Edit Photo to drag, zoom or rotate it, then Apply. Tip: a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is easy to see works best.

Shipping & Returns

Production: about 3–5 days (+1 day when personalized), then a 1–3 business day quality check.

Shipping: $4.99, free on orders of $99 or more. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, with a tracking number by email. We ship to over 100 countries.

Returns: 30 days for items in their original condition. Personalized and custom items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong: email us and we'll make it right.
