How To Personalize

Choose your frame in Choose your frame (Frame 1 to Frame 8, as in our frame chart).
Pick your design in Choose design: BIRTHDAY, CUP, BLACK&WHITE, BOW TIE or BATH ROBE.
Upload your photo in Your Pet's Photo. Our studio prepares it (a draft drawn in the design you picked by our AI artist in about 30 seconds). Use Edit Photo to drag, zoom or rotate it, then Apply. Tip: choose a clear, high-resolution, well-lit photo where your pet's face and chest are easy to see.
Optional: in Notes for the artist (optional), tell us a background color you'd like or anything your photo doesn't show.
Check the live preview, then add to cart. Our artist then paints your portrait by hand from your photo.

Processing & Shipping

PROCESSING TIME: 3–5 days (+1 day for personalized items).

Production: about 3–5 days (+1 day when personalized), then a 1–3 business day quality check.

Shipping: $4.99, free on orders of $99 or more. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, with a tracking number by email. We ship to over 100 countries.

Returns: 30 days for items in their original condition. Personalized and custom items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong: email us and we'll make it right.
