How To Personalize

1. Choose your frame in Choose your frame (Frame 1 to Frame 8, as in our frame chart).
2. Pick your design in Choose design: BIRTHDAY, CUP, BLACK&WHITE, BOW TIE or BATH ROBE.
3. Upload your photo in Your Pet's Photo. Our studio prepares it (a draft drawn in the design you picked by our AI artist in about 30 seconds). Use Edit Photo to drag, zoom or rotate it, then Apply. Tip: choose a clear, high-resolution, well-lit photo where your pet's face and chest are easy to see.
4. Optional: type a name in Pet's Name (optional) (up to 14 characters) to have it painted in a fine script at the bottom of the portrait.
5. Optional: in Notes for the artist (optional), tell us a background color you'd like or anything your photo doesn't show.
6. Check the live preview, then add to cart. Our artist then paints your portrait by hand from your photo.
